Diet Plan: Do you suffer from sperm deficiency? Then follow this diet
One of the most common problems in today’s society is infertility. It has
grown by almost 20-30% in the last four and a half years. Being ready for
procreation plays an equally important role not only for the woman but also
for the man. Decreased quality and sperm count in men can also be a major
cause of female infertility.
Many men today suffer from sperm deficiency. This condition is called
oligospermia. If a man has less than 15 million sperm in a milliliter of
semen, it means that the man is suffering from oligospermia. The most common
symptoms of this condition are watery ejaculation and low ejaculation,
impotence, rapid swelling and pain, and decreased body and facial hair growth.
People with oligospermia can increase sperm production by eating a balanced
diet with vitamin C, vitamin B12, zinc, and omega-3 fatty acids. Taking care
in advance and making changes in diet can prevent the condition from getting
worse. Otherwise, it can lead to male infertility.
Now let’s look at a diet plan that can help increase sperm count in men and
some traditional remedies.
